We provide free samples for your evaluation. Please note that shipping charges for samples are covered by the client. If a sample requires a new mold, a mold charge will apply. Upon placing an order, the sample fee will be returned to you.

We warmly welcome you to visit our facility. We will arrange car service for pickup and assist you with hotel bookings. If you wish to visit local scenic spots, our team will be happy to accompany you.

We provide timely tracking throughout production and after delivery to keep you informed. If you encounter any design or quality concerns upon the arrival of the goods, or if they differ from your samples, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with you.
